@Harry Standafer Yeah it was definitely scary, especially because he had 5 full grown pitbulls living in the house and was rumored to be a drug dealer as his profession.

They have been largely unsuccessful in preventing regulators from passing restrictions though, and they are rumored to be worth over $40B now, with a medium-sized army of in-house lawyers... so yeah, uphill battle for sure. 

@Matthew ReidThat’s the rumor...it will be a good thing for Jonesboro and local investors as well as outside investors who like Jonesboro’s ROI’s.

It’s just rumors at this point, but that’s the word on the street.

@Julie Groth reach out to your state's MHCA (manufactured housing community association) and I think you will find the person sharing that rumor with you was just not clear on what they were referring to.  

I have heard it will be mandatory as well. granted this is all speculative and potential rumor mill, but wondering if anyone has heard anything about this?
