Either way, clear trend towards recreation and water.

I'd eventually like to move to several acres or more in the country (possibly with a tillable field that could also be rented to be farmed) and have these rents subsidize the increased cost of the mortgage so that my net mortgage (farm mortgage minus cash flows from these rentals) would be the same (or less) as a fairly standard SFH in the city, for a much larger property that would allow outdoor recreation. 

My interest has only increased since, and I have found I have a passion for recreating a space or dreaming up things to build.

If early retirement and financial freedom is your goal, I'd just keep doing what you have been doing and recreating that success. 

hello everyone i used to be a member a while back and got a email from Brandon and sat in his webinar today with my business partner/ fiance and said self why not re create your profile and share with the world of bigger pockets what I'm doing in NYC.  

I am "re-creating" myself as real estate invesor.

That gives  you the other half for another job, recreation, time with your family, and/or maybe some other ventures.

As most of you know, that and recreational is legal here and there are a lot of houses advertised on craigslist and such as "MMJ friendly", just to let people know that they are allowed to grow in the house or on the property.

Take a look at the pool, pool deck, tennis court, clubhouse, gym, any recreational areas and see how they look.  

2) For a complete view, should I attempt to recreate the last 10 years in my books or start from this point forward?
