Something with the fonts makes it read odd, I edited to make it more readable This isn't stonewalling this is just delegating the authority for deciding to syndicate the listing to the Broker/Agent.

Make sure your content has good keyword density, is readable, and to the point and your site will do just fine.

Also tried all the suggestions in this well-written blog post by another inspired seeker of readability: https://www.aaron-gustafson.com/notebook/adding-paragraphs-in-zillow-should-not-be-this-hard/I get disallowing HTML, but why ASCII? 

Thoughts on the first time using it - would have been more readable if the moderators had different font colors, or if each comment was shaded slightly different.

Quickbooks is constantly coming out with new versions of the desktop product and making the client files not readable once they've been opened with a different version, and generally just more difficult to do this way. 

I can repost just the numbers in a more readable way if needed

Google's method for ranking is much more complex than 'does the page contain the keywords'... it is looking at click through rate, time on site, bounce rate, back links, readability, domain trust, and a host of other stuff.So... when you get your domain I would suggest creating city/neighborhood specific pages on your site that have UNIQUE value add content and an action that a user can complete (like filling out a contact form).
