I went years with no diagnosis until I finally found a talented neurologist who correctly diagnosed it and sent me off to a psychiatrist for treatment.I got a cocktail of meds which kept the seizures at bay effectively and included sleeping pills.

Also it may be a hard pill to swallow when you have to give a large portion of your saved/earned commission to your broker, especially when its your own deal.

With a little bit of education and some of @Brandon Turner's "take action" pills, you'll be on your way quickly.If out of state investing is what you're targeting then I would probably go with a Turnkey provider to start.
