You are not a hater, you don't have a hidden agenda (go gobble up all transactions in the market, while pretending to be crying crocodile tears out of care for "victimized" sellers).

I will read up on the agenda.

I'm also learning quite a bit from the Pace Morby community as they are very tactical, less theoretical, and operationally-focused. 

And the pace of homes being built is too far below what we need to keep pace let alone catch up to where its only going to get worse.And that is going to drive up inflation big time.
