What struggles/frustrations have you encountered with partners and how did you overcome them?

I would love to pick your brain on scaling and any major obstacles you had to overcome and strategies used to grow your portfolio! 

This biggest thing that helps Lexington overcome Louisville (IMO) is that the supply and demand is greatly affected by the urban service boundary.

To overcome this, I believe it's all a matter of changing our habits and committing to living a better and healthier lifestyle.

What has been the biggest hurdle in the last few months and how did you overcome it?

This makes more sense to us than relying strictly on  rigid yes or no criteria where any negative  disqualifies a candidate entirely.Some criteria is weighted more heavily and can overcome negatives. 

it is not just a think but the best way to overcome interest rate hike in owner occupant home is to househack, regardless it is SF or MF.

My earned income will be going towards my own house and living expenses with little left over for investing out of pocket.How did you overcome the challenge of not having enough money for your first deal?

Would the rent roll help with overcoming that hurdle?

A few road bumps were overcome, but my next goal is to build a new build!
