Are there other creative options I haven’t considered?

I met with Wicked Smart today and was told they help you set up a lead sourcing system, help you structure creative financing - which is essentially lease option/purchase, subject to and owner financing....all strategies I am interested in learning more about.

Are you guys still involved in it?

I recently moved to the DFW area and want to get involved in real estate in the near future (looking to buy a property in the next 6 months to a year).

So this involves hiring an architect draw up plans ($1,000 - 3,000 if I had to guess).  

Exploring alternative options, I inquired about a property that was listed for rent.

With 34 years of real estate investing experience, I’ve been involved in everything from owning rental properties to flipping.

This issue, if caught early, is probably fixable with out insurance involvement because the deductible might be more than the repair cost.  

I think there is enough information online that another course isn't going to move the needle on getting involved with a MF property or not.

What are other options do we have if we don't have piror experience?
