Even If I never need it when I cash out to buy a better investment it will be the sprinkles to my icecream. i think you can afford more than just sprinkles.... 15k for 6 months at 1% (generous bank % these days) is a whopping $15,075.19 balance. that's 15 Dairy Queen blizzards!

Maybe I'm off base, but I always feel kinda bad for a seller who thinks that calling the number on an anonymous sign in a vacant lot next to the Dairy Queen or responding to a "handwritten" yellow letter is a good idea.

Now I "work" at home by choice, fixing dinner, cleaning, driving kids around, gardening, and taking care of my animals (dairy goats, chickens, dogs, and cats) as well as doing property management for 1 rental and flipping a house with my hubby.
