I’ve been doing a ton of research on it as I’ve been looking at Italy myself so I have been focused on the less densely populated but still very popular travel spots like Tuscany outside of Florence and Sicily though I’m nervous about Sicily and their major drought issues.

Paying upfront makes me nervous.

I just really need someone who I can openly ask all the questions that I’m too nervous to say out loud out of fear that I look like I don’t know what I’m talking about.

You are right to be nervous about them delisting the owner's other properties, because they don't like owners who play games to get around their rules. 

Now I’m getting a little nervous that it’s actually happening:).  

Stress will ramp up into end of year and really be hitting it in 2021 as banks start ramping up forclosures and news starts circulating of folks loosing their homes making marginal owners nervous.   

Education willing make you less nervous. 

It can ruin a brain or nervous system for life.

@Rob Everetts, the “little money” part of this makes me nervous for any investor.
