The combination of multiple income streams (motel rooms and RV spaces) and its location near outdoor recreation and a nearby urban center makes it an intriguing deal.I have experience as a broker working on RV park and mobile home park (MHP) transactions, and I’m currently working on deals in this space.

My advice comes with the cost of a cup of coffee or lunch.  

The the cost of a cup of coffee, a beer, a lunch...whatever, you can spend time with an active investor and listen.  

Usually, the confidence comes from more reps (seeing more homes and being more of an asset hunter not a spreadsheet warrior) and going to local meetups so you can meet all the other people nearby who are doing what you can't get yourself to do.Ok Elizabeth, Ready for it? 

In a university town nearby, student housing is restricted to certain areas of town and prohibited in other areas of town.
