Parking lots, truck, parking lots, RV and trailer storage, storage units.Does anyone have good information on how to perform market analysis for these kinds of investments?

Over priced, layout is awkward, junky neighbors, back on market/under contract multiple times, bad photos, bad timing(got buried from other listings, weather occurrence, etc). 

In many ways, this is the best market for buyers in Austin in years.

There is a lot of discussion about what jobs will be lost and created with AI.  There is discussion that eventually no jobs will be necessary which is an entirely different discussion.  I can think of some obvious cit...

We accept all applications and in the case of section 8 the only real time we don’t is if the numbers don’t make sense with market rent vs HUD standard.
