This person pays one full month and now I am switching companies to evict them.The director of operations keeps getting fired and swapping with a new person and then they email me and dont even remember that we had already spoken on the phone about the eviction.I learned more about the eviction process by talking to other local brokers and property management companies who I wasnt even paying yet than I did from my own company.

What I disagree with is VRBO's blanketed take on pricing when it comes from a 3rd Party, which is something that was mentioned on the phone today. 

JC - I just got the app today after coming across it in this discussion and noticed that (although it's not on the mobile app) the desktop website has a tab to upload a csv file to import entries.

I was trying to appeal to the next generation with more app-based management rather than phone calls and emails.  

If they don't have time to get on the phone and speak with you to explain how they work, then they will be even more difficult to get ahold of once they already have your business.

I also do a pre-screening questionnaire over the phone before I agree to a showing.

I spoke with them over the phone a few times and they seem super pro about everything.

I do not set up TV, internet, or phone for tenants.
