wasn't the billionaire(s)...not sure, the one I'm aware of was Donald Trump and he openly admitted that he let his guard down, if i'm not mistaken.

At best, I say around $2500 and it barely breaks even as a long-term rental.I dunno, the more I dig into this the more I think there's an awful lot of mistaken thinking behind what you're advocating... which in the end isn't investing in real estate at all.Why do you think so many California investors buy in other states?

Hi @Asif Ali Kabiruddin Rajani,What we hear a lot from other Americans is that real estate opportunities tend to cost less here in Europe (especially in countries such as Spain where we are active).A thing to keep in mind though is your tax planning as you will still need to pay taxes based on the US guidelines if I'm not mistaken. 

Private equity and Vc would be more of a pitch if I'm not mistaken, but it would then boil down to the same information we'd want to see, the hard details.

But you seem to be mistaken that it is hard to do as @Dmitriy Fomichenko pointed out.

The neighborhood possessed the correct fundamentals and even though home ownership was low, I was securing, teachers, nurses, resident physicians etc. as tenants but mistakenly focused too much on the cash flow.
