It is crazy how similar my process has gone.

I'd bring island out a little more. my advice is make sure all rooms are 110 sq ft minimum. some of these look super small. we build a very similar one in our market.

Assuming we are talking about similar versions of co-living, I would argue it is higher.I own a co-living space in Pittsburgh, PA. 

I have a few properties in East Stroudsburg that I bought, and I want to do something similar here where I buy, rehab, live, then move out once she is done.

Wondering about paying through an escrow agent or something similar 

Does not affect your debt to income for future loans in the mortgage industry (auto loans could look different, but i would think similar so hopefully no worries there).

Within each of these loan types and structures, you'll find commonalities and similar bases, but only conforming and govvy loans will have the exact same rulesets universally.
