Terri, LOL, several aspects here, all over the map sort of.Then you know that in a manufacturing environment different industries have different allocations and leverage operations differently, costs of capital improvements, machinery can be very expensive and payoff or retirement of debt can be long term measured in ten or hundreds of thousands of units produced, such as a car maker.

Make sure you have contract language on daily cleaning, key words to use are "daily basis", "broom cleaning or equivalent" and "removal from worksite"  Make it apply to (rubbish, waste materials, tools, construction equipment, machinery, and surplus materials), and include a statement of back charge of cost plus 10% if you have to perform the cleaning.

You've also got to remember that if you're trying to salvage materials, a lot of the demo will have to be done by hand instead of with heavy machinery, which adds $$$.If you want you can take a shot and post on FB marketplace and CL.
