@Douglas Gratz if that's the correct address, to top things off, it looks like a logistical nightmare to build.

A lot of lenders of various sizes on there that can help with some of the logistical questions, software, contracts, recommendations etc. 

I would start speaking with lenders about your plan to get insights on how the logistics would work.

I agree that it's harder to manage by the room logistically (roommate dynamics, common area cleaning, etc) but it is allowed.

Be aware though that fractional deals can be a logistics and control problem if the loan defaults and there is a need to foreclose.Having money idle is an issue with hard money lending.

So I am going to continue to mentally cross off those places that just seem to be a logistical challenge, no matter how great the view.

The Greenville market is strong - high population and job growth - diverse economic base including manufacturing, logistics and transportation, medical and leisure & hospitality.

I did not choose to see the homes in person as it did not make logistical sense for me at the time, but I'm sure I will at some point down the road.
