Brokers loathe a tire-kicker.

I'm always loathe to get rid of an income-producing property, more so if it is building equity.

I am loath to lose the townhome’s cash flow and interest rate, but my opinion is that I bought a new home at a disadvantageous time price-wise and so selling an asset at the same time nets out that impact.

I figured that would be an understandable reason for them, but they loathed me anyway because I'd stopped the gravy train. 

I loathe dealing with the "human" side of RE which is why I hire a PM.  

I loathe spending money on fences, and usually I'm looking at under $3k for replacement. 

Small businesses are loath to report employees they may need later when they plead with them on safety or childcare. 

Once a tenant has a voucher they are loathe to let it go.

In general, I LOATHE these "rules of thumb" for returns that people blindly spit out on these forums.

Personally I would be loath to give up that 10%.
