Make a class for General or Overhead too if you have non-property-specific transactions for your business (like a laptop or telephone expense ).

I buy a lot of hiking/camping/backpack gear. 

It was a slight issue at times not to have my laptop with me, but I could at least send PDF files by smartphone. 

I ended up getting a plano plastic box and have all the keys in that and tote it around with me wherever I go.
