I would have $100,000 from sell of my home but do not have enough income or high enough credit to get a conventional loan so was considering a RM.I hate to be a pill, but why do you need to move or sell?

We pay more than we probably should on our 2/2 condo BUT the HOA president quickly became a friend ;) as she lives in the building next to the unit we own and now helps us with property management (for free) and does an awesome job at community maintenance, so it mades the fees an easier pill to swallow.  

I’ve had to swallow that pill a lot.  

This makes the rent increase an easier pill to swallow.

I lasted 6 months and I quit.I took that red pill... and shoved it up Morpheues' .... fine... throat!

If you are honestly not going to do this you truly have no right to wonder why you are not being successful, because you are then just trying to find that magic pill that will make you successful without stepping up and take charge of your life.Now what are you waiting for?

Dude there IS NO magic pill or formula, no matter how bad you want it.

The entire premise of my point, was that anybody with the expectation that they will "Contract Assign" as a business model and somehow have some magic pill to sell houses to their "buyers list" faster, more efficiently or better than an agent can do is false.

It is not a magic pill nor an easy button.We are proof that simply mailing, answering the phones and setting appointments to look at homes will lead to a system like this paying for itself quickly.  

Broken screens on windows, non maintained back yards, mail pilled up.
