I have had interst in purchaseing mobile home parks in my area, but have been scared off by many bad stories.

I would ask for 100% financing at 7.5% interest (I would avoid interst only, but if that was a last resort I would take it), with a three to five year balloon.

Another good aspect is this would be about a 2 minute drive from the interstate which is a big deal with so many people living in Bismarck/Mandan and commuting to the oil fields.I realize this is going to be a tight deal because I am financing 100% of this but with all this said, do you think this is a fesable project?

I've started off with companies that pay a decent interst rate but not the highest but have a long track record and as I'm getting my feet wet considering other options and meeting more individuals.

Just got a fixed 2.75% for 15 years.I think interst rates are going to be higher in the future, How can they go much lower?
