Dry and hot.

We have Clearwater, Saint Pete and Indian Rocks beaches that are hot spots for STRs.

@Kolby Knickerbocker the WC overall is really hectic for the hot Local markets.

I assumed some would need replaced, which would be okay, but I would hate to see it all trashed.I guess in that vein though, I hear that a lot about LTRs -- the horror stories -- and we have been blessed with amazing tenants (generally) so I was thinking it would be along the same line where it would be something where you would want to charge high-end and screen intensely to try to get a tenant that just is transitioning and can benefit from the furnishings.I know that could still happen though, even with all the precautions you can take, so it's something good to consider! 

Just trying to gain a sense of hot or cold. 

Florida's beaches may be legendary, but its real estate market is scorching hot too!

Hi Everyone,I'm not new here, but I am transitioning from full-time work to full-time investor, so I'm looking to make connection in the San Antonio area, and across all hot US rental markets. 

(And I would tell you to not buy a property that doesn't cash flow unless you have significant resources behind you that could absorb anything that could come at you - like replacing a $5,000 AC one month followed by replacing a $1,000 hot water heater the next).   

Telling a man that could be your grandfather that he is no longer needed is very intense.

These fires are so hot even the steel structures melted and burned.
