An investor who spent their entire time on BP and podcasts ingesting thousands of hours of CASH FLOW advertising, their property (midwest home worth $75K now that was worth $50K in 1988), inflation adjusted is worth the same.Appreciation and rent growth is the key.

This next step is just a crazy one there’s so much information that I try to ingest daily but sheesh!

If one can move in a forward direction and is willing to share their story why not passively ingest said knowledge at least learn one thing from them.

I should add, like others have stated, that like the second hand contact/inhalation of cigarette carcinogens, the ingestion of toxic spores would take quite some time to genuinely make you ill, aside from maybe a little runny nose or small headache...which brings me back full circle to the "myriad of other illnesses."
