For these I'd warn that you get what you pay for, it's self-inflicted injury to jump into a 0-split brokerage and expect a whole ton of things from them, the less $ they take, the less $ they have to work with, or provide things, it's just simple.As far as best place for investor activity, connections, opportunities, hands down my brokerage is #1 in the U.S. but you hear little talk about it because we are all too busy doing things.
