Lately though, the prices are so overinflated in Los Angeles and I predict a correction is over due... so Im thinking of waiting until it swings down a bit before I induce my buy and holds strategy so I dont lose value... and capitalize on appreciation while enjoy rent increases every year.

but fraud in the inducement is tough to catch ahead of time.I would say that 50 to 70% of rental houses that are bought out of state the buyer does not visit it.. might visit the area.and folks don't have these issues.. this is a special case.. so blaming a buyer for what is a massive bad practices issue is easy to say from your Barco lounger.

Morris Invest videos are also referenced in the complaints as oral contracts and attempts to deceive and induce fraud.One complaint states that the Morris Invest house had actually burned down 4 days PRIOR TO CLOSING and that this wasn't disclosed to the buyer before closing or during the months after the sale.

I think I saw Jimmy Hoffa in there somewhere.To top it all off, I grabbed a sub and a beer for dinner and ate in the sitting room - where the very odd host came and joined me for a long squirm-inducing chat while she watched me eat.At this point, I look for a Hampton Inn, Holiday Inn Express, etc.
