So, basically, if you're splitting hairs over ownership percentage, here's the deal: Your partner dropping $40k on materials means they've got 25% skin in the game.

All of my hair has fallen out. 

Eventually went to Goodwill for my clothes, ate bologna sandwiches for lunch for years (I don’t/won’t now, lol), cut my own hair (still do, because I don’t have a lot of it anyway), we refinished garage sale furniture and sold it, we shoveled driveways, then got into online sales of dvd/blurays (still do it) weekends and nights sending stuff out.

After months of research hours of talking, planning, scheming forming the LLC pulling our hair out etc...

Then, once you figure out a plan with your lender, it's up to you to convince your basketball team of a family to follow your hair-brained idea.

When I get to them, the home owner might think of me as his "fair-haired boy" and want to talk to me.

It's a permanent hat than can lead to graying hair or loss!

I know it sounds like I'm splitting hairs but some banks write HELOCs in their residential department....which won't write Investment Properties.

Maybe we are splitting hairs some but the commercial/portfolio/bank statement/whatever name the give them loan space is significantly more diverse.

I'm pulling my hair out.
