However, as I've experienced in many markets, do not rush to burn bridges...because often times, the grass is not always greener on the other side... 

Quite often, new home construction is the result of new residents moving in who are middle class or wealthier, attracted by jobs, a healthy local economy, or other amenities as they leave nearby or far away areas for greener pastures.

We might have a short time on this planet, why make it harder by taking unnecessary risks?

I have seen many people get excited and chase to many things at once and get overwhelmed, or not see results and then give up or move on to the next greener field.  

my Favorite city to base out of for flyfishing each summer.. and I love flying into that airport in our plane.. the approach is super cool as well as departure.. you kind of have to experience it to understand.what a great place on the planet if your into the out doors.

Learned.RENTAL - Fast forward to March 2017, I was listening to a financial podcast (cannot recall which) and the hosts kept mentioning that the wealthiest people on the planet have a significant real estate portfolio.

$80K to $3.5m... that is not the worst problem on this planet....You have California to thank ... lol

This is NOT something you dabble in and in addition you will need specific intensive training for.People can often make the mistake of trying to dabble in a few things (grass is always greener,etc.)

For me the power to quickly say "get the F out", far outweighs my concerns that a tenant might leave for "greener pastures"
