That is an entirely different thing.A distressed property is a circumstance.Motivation is an emotional response to a circumstance.Tall grass, tons of mailers on the floor—these are circumstances.

Look for no window coverings, overgrown grass, mail or newspapers piled up, etc.

If you own farmland only then are the livestock able to eat grass.

I just clean out units , mow grass and snow plow.  

The consensus seems to be that the Fed will drop rates by 1% by year end, which could allow you to refi in the near future, but there are costs involved in doing so.

I know there is palisade grass for shade, but these are more expensive.- One idea suggested is to put pebbles or small landscape stones.

I would think the only way Feds come in and lock this down if they can prove that the investments noted in the offering were never made and that the sponsor just pocket the cash and used new cash to pay the old investors.
