in Many states you need a RE license to sell manufacored homes.. and a dealers license if its brand new on the lot.NV is probably starting to crack down on wholesaling  in generally IE selling something that you don't own yet... how did they find out about this.. did someone turn you in.In my case I simply asked for a RMLO to do some loan docs for me in NV and I got a nasty gram from STATE of Nevada.. either they were trolling BP or someone on BP turned me in.. 

They are going to be hard to paint since the grease, grime and gore,,,plus the gloss has to go FIRST. 

Western Union and Money gram never ask for last 4 of your social security number if you send or receive money.  

@Russell Brazil  my last real estate brokerage was Real Estate Executives  I used to get nasty grams from Realty Executives  legal council.. just filed them in the circular file.. unless they were going to litigate which they never did ..

I do not want the original, now-filthy wax finish and decades of rubbed-in, trodden-in grime.
