Of the 29 properties, all but 2 for the re-fi level came in higher than I expected.

If I am going to pay market value I will browse the mls to see what is for sale, not overbid for a tax sale property.In SC I was hopeful, since they are all in person that there would be some smaller to medium counties that wouldn’t be too competitive to where you could still get a decent deal, if it doesn’t redeem.
