I had farm use so could have put my cows and chickens in there and they would be responsible if the farm animals got loose.

I will also have chickens, ducks and other birds, plus sheep and goats.

Not sure when we are coming in, will either be Thur. or Fri.

However, it must be the current boom in home renovations and the opportunities for bigger fish to fry, as I'm having difficulty finding someone responsive.

Depending on your market, if you have a 2 night minimum on a 4 weekend month, you may end up with people cherrypicking all the Fri and Sat nights, leaving you with 8 days occupied, which is not good. 

Now your 24 months of free chicken are over and you are…… For the lack of a better term…..

I do not want to split it up into frying pans, couches and fans, just hoping to sell it all to one person. 

I think Fri-Fri rentals makes more sense, so that the tenant has one uninterrupted weekend. 

There is a group coaching call 5 days per week (Mon - Fri).

I'm in southern Cal, about to send out my first quick batch of yellow letters to absentee owners tomorrow and fri.
