I don't promote the 'daisy-chain' allowing those who can't find deals on their own to stick their hand in my or my investor's pockets and grab some of the action.Do yourself a flavor and go find your own deals so you can construct and present them in the manner that meets your specifications and you won't have any of these problems.

I think Joe is really in the insurance department of an institution that buys paper, at best, just my guess as we will never really know, what we do know is the lack of attention to details, but, in time, he does grow on you and certainly adds flavor to any note discussion.

It's refreshing to hear from "the real deal" and not the "flavor of the month."

These are quaint neighborhoods with lots of local flavor and appeal that have lots of MIL unitis or ADUs built into the basements.
