I tend to think as I write, so I apologize for the scattered thoughts. 

I’m in San Diego with rentals scattered about the county but nothing noticeably south of highway 8 and most in one working class city.  

It had a mix of individual gas, wood burning and electric units scattered throughout and these have been removed.
