I've always bleached the walls instead of painting over the dirt/fingerprints.  

You have to take a RE class, get finger printed, and pass the state exam.

All that's left is to get my fingerprints back from the Livescan place, and send them off to Sacramento.I'd like to start off as a salaried assistant, but I've been looking on the job sites, and all of them demand years of experience. 

Liz Warnen's finger prints are on the CFPB, in that they hate the idea of investors doing serial seller financing's.There is NO case law supporting investors doing more than 3 per year, year after year.

School course work, finger printing, state license, test fees, joining a local board (PAR, SAAR, WEMAR, etc), paying ARMLS subscriber dues, and then to be active you actually have to "hang" your license with a broker.

They came out and fingerprinted the place, took photos, etc.

You also have fingerprint fees to apply for your license which is around $50.
