With that being said, do yourself a favor and do the research yourself on zoning, valuation and ACTUAL rent before talking to STR specialists who make a living on selling these =) Just my 2 cents...

Currently still favor the house rental for MTR and long term strategy in ABQ, but I don't think you generate any solid cash flow unless you can get a turnkey 2BR for under $250K.

The same scenario could play out on a local MLS or any other listing site.As for Turnkey companies (Roofstock is not a Turnkey company), I think a vast majority that have a requirement of cash only transactions do it for a reason that is not in the favor of the buyer.

The problem is these bigger markets are almost impossible to cash flow and to make them cash flow; I would need to have very favorable seller financing terms or a lot more money.
