We are planning to build some extra leasable space for another professional tenant TBD. 

For smaller items like this, I might use @John Underwood 's simple method: For bigger items or if things start being left and requested back more frequently, I may indeed need to both charge for shipping and maybe loop the person who cleans in on it ~ She'd likely appreciate a bit of extra, relatively simple work.

Thanks @Brian Ortins our agent has been great to work with, she definitely takes the extra steps needed to get them sold. 

The reality is the opposite - if it's not in writing then the PMC doesn't have to provide the service or can charge extra for it!

during the draw period (typically) you won't even be paying down principal unless you make extra payments.so unless you have cash i would wait. 

For some people, that's worth saving some extra cash. 

This setup adds an extra layer of anonymity and protection.

The listing also has an extra bathroom not on the county records.
