It's not some MLM, pyramid type gig you can just experiment with attempting to make quick or easy money.

Non paying tenants(as a newbie I did no screening), dead tenants, Silly fines from the city for nothing, attempted robberies where I ended up with the cops pulled guns on me. 30 recently released convicts as neighbors for a while, a jacked up 7' tall transvestite call girl/drug dealer was my least favorite neighbor.

When I brought this to their attention no attempt was made to correct it and I decided to unsubscribe. 

I see people with no capital told they don’t need any capital to succeed in whatever endeavor the mentor is selling; usually some version of flipping, which the incorrect term “wholesaling is now used.  

But I am sure you have learned a lot from your first two attempts.

There are many ways to attempt to collect your loss:  file a small claims complaint against them; get a judgement so you can garnish future wages/bank accounts - and the judgement will be recorded in the credit bureau.
