My name is Eugene Seo.This past New Years eve, I stumbled across the Bigger Pockets podcast.

Having been an entrepreneur for the past half century  and bringing 5 children up in our family biz has only served to balance our family pendulum overall and moving forward.I remember many a Christmas Eves, Christmas Days, New Years, Easter, July 4th, family birthdays and every/other holiday that has come and gone over the almost 4 decades we've run our biz's. 

I’ve got a tenant in TX (who has breached the lease twice including smoking in the property) who’s lease ends on New Years Eve.

Three weeks later, after moving him, he tragically died by being hit by a car New Year's Eve a block from the apartment.

Last year I sold one of our finished rehabs three days before Thanksgiving... and was doing a home inspection with a buyer of another one of our homes on Christmas Eve. :D

I am pretty flexible, except for Monday eves.  

2nd If I get a call at 11pm on Christmas Eve that the toilet is overflowing in an upstairs unit I am much more likely to smile on my way to the property if I like the person Im about to help.  3rd good relationships with tenants PAY!  

Do you think he should caring a house with money coming out the eves and windows, or doors?

She will be meeting with him on Christmas eve to get his signature on the purchase contract.In the meantime I am attempting to wholesale the deal although I would much prefer to buy it myself.
