Fridges stay away from ice makers and water dispensers.

Next time add that value to be dispensed at close.  

@ Jean Bolger maybe you could try those "mutt mitts" dispensers and readily available trash cans that I see in the parks to encourage pick up.

In a food service setting, the pest control company will often set up an automatic pump to dispense grease-eating enzymes into the trap every day.

It could, and probably would, if the HOA simply required monthly payments, but they do not and I don't know why.So, looping back to the commentary, I hope we can dispense with the "just don't go to Starbucks anymore" commentary.

These outbuildings are not needed for cashflow and I already have a home on the island, so they're dispensable. 

I dont have water dispensing fridges for this reason, but would put under those, too.

I've heard some rough stories about fridges with water dispensers not properly installed by tenants.
