And there sure are a lot of people in this thread who've never been to a Lifestyles free seminar, case study (and the dinner/happy hour afterwards, where you can mingle and ask questions) or the two-day course. 

That said though paying 20% for 25 worth of wings and beer with my friends is much more manageable than spending 20% taking my wife out to a nice $100/$150 dinner and really that is low compared to some restaurants I just can't see myself going to. 

Saturday is popular, but some lunches and dinners as well.

Having a place they can occupy themselves while the wife and I chill and watch them, (or make dinner, plan for the next day, etc) serious value add!

I've bought some pretty fancy dinners this way in the past.Either leave some temporary outlets, or get a temporary power pole if it's going to be a long-term job.

A lowball offer might make dinner on the holidays awkward.

have laundry room on each floor and eating area and set of rules in kitchen area. met a lot of travelers who stay at hostels and they have setup like that. there was one where they had a weekly dinner and had to contribute towards food prep and cooking to keep cost down and for laundry they had washer/dryers. 

I was actually just at dinner with the other producers in my company and one of them said that she's heard recently that we're actually netting around 57 new residents per day here now.

So, I'm at my wife's uncle's house for dinner tonight, and it's gossip time.
