630 credit score and no money, where do I start? Or can I?

Getting credit back on track slowly. Really want to start now. I need advice, direction and funding.  I am motivated and I have the time. I want to stop working as a server in restaurants, putting my time in for someone else's fortune. And start putting my precious time towards my own.  I want to balance finances and enjoy life! How can I start this process now?  Is it possible?

Build your credit score and save money.  Most people who invest in real estate have a 9-5 job that allows them to get mortgages to buy rentals.

Can you find a job that pays more that may be related to real estate?
