Yes, those 7br homes look to be insane cash-cows, and they would be IF, if you can find an approved 7br voucher holder, which is very rare. 

And now biggest problem is the property is such a cash-cow that ya don't ever want to let it go. 

Including cows, sheep, goats, chickens, pigs, etc...Just my 2 cents.

Rent-by-the-room properties can be absolute cash cows, but proper systems and management structure are crucial. 

Sorry to be so blunt about it but there is no way around it. '23'/'24' are CASH-COW years for hundreds of thousands of landlords.
