A 12' diameter pressure vessel was delivered 6" too short. 

Then, go to your local home depot or lowes and grab the length of PVC needed to reach gutters, in the diameter to match your leaf vacuum blower "Nozzle" (2 1/2- 3" etc.).

@Jeff BridgesAh, finally we get the substance and avoid the humiliatingly ignorant chatter of those good people who would love to be able to move bathroom fixtures around arbitrarily in a remodel without being bothered by the pesky reality that, hmm, well, little chocolate children must flow consistently downward in order to leave a bathroom.Can you cross a joist with the 3-inch (that's actually internal diameter, it's 3.5 inches outer diameter for Schedule 40 PVC or ABS) waste pipe of your commode, by drilling a big-a$$ hole through a joist to get it through and weaken it significantly?

And each of these pipes has a bigger diameter than the one before it.So if your toilet is clogged, does your tub back up as well?

One had a 7' diameter hole in the living room, one was a vacant home in the middle of no where, one was next to a war zone in Cleveland, one had feces and other waste inside etc etc.

Smaller diameter (~4") flexible ducts are used that can snake through the walls. 

I originally intended to just move the duct into the ceiling which is 16" floor trusses that would fit a 10" diameter pipe.

Does anyone have a recommendation for a hand-held stamp affixer that will accommodate 3,000 stamp coils with a 3" diameter center?

Also, we  buy in a fairly small area (about a 50 mile diameter circle) and there aren't that many wholesalers that work that area (that I'm aware of) 

I will try larger diameter screws to mount the bracket.
