I know I put the word "try" in that paragraph somewheres; so I meant to say I do try to do an inspection once every two months, but sometimes I get lax in conducting inspections for that very reason you mentioned, that I dont want to be viewed as intrusive; but it is also a business decision to inspect for signs or symptoms of needed maintenance or repair.
