Anyway like many people I look at my investments from a cash on cash/ rate of return/IRR/ ROI basis and IMO having a bunch of dead equity in a property is a lost opportunity.

Since nobody has posted on this thread for almost one month, I will provide some of my personal thoughts.If by wholesaling we actually mean “flipping”, that is buying or tying up a property and then almost immediately reselling that property for a profit, then wholesaling will NEVER be dead as long as we have even a semblance of a capitalist system.

I am sure there are lots of different reasons for it. well they were replaced by those crossing the border 750k out of 42 mil probably not that big of an impact.. traffic is still really heavy I was just there last weekend in the SF bay area no signs of the state looking like some of the dead cities one finds in the rust belt or deep south.

Sucks as I have a high deductible and just paid out of pocket.Typically the only time they are responsible is if you had previously notified them the tree was dead and they did not do anything about it.
