I took on some debt to prep the property and hope to pay it off this summer—our peak season with lots of river and swimming traffic.It’s a 3-bedroom that currently sleeps 6 (king, queen, and a queen sofa bed).

My former experience has been with LTR and I'm currently focused on STR in E TN but interested in learning other useful strategies and expanding markets in later deals. 

I'm not sure if they still have that in this current rate environment but they do exist. 

I am looking at different loan options but to break even (not having to put any money of my own in the house after the initial down payment) the current down payment required is that much. 

If your goal is day-one cash flow, the current high interest rates will make it very difficult.

Hello @Ryan Johnston,The decision to keep or sell a property isn't just about its current performance.

I currently have a homeowners plan with Allstate and plan on asking them if they have something like a short term rental rider plan that I can add in addition to my current plan.

Still currently living there!
