Also I don't have to worry about roughing up the leather or headliner etc.

Hate that I would need to replace the sleeper sofa - I want to get leather because it has worked best in my home, with kids and pets, but it's an investment.  

Would advise leather gloves since blisters in newbies are bad!!!!

My principal investment environment is hyper-expensive and competitive (listings longer than 6-7 days are considered stale) and yet we are able to find opportunities by using free online resources and by burning shoe leather. 

I've got some nice leather chairs, nice/modern bedroom furniture, desks, barstools, sofa, and a few other big items. 

Imagine it-leather, no silicone, ball gags, whips and chains, and so much hair.

They are great ankle support, strong sole so standing on a latter for hours doesn't hurt, durable leather, comfortable, ok weight, slip resistant tread that is great for walking or roofs, thick sole so you don't get nails piercing, toe protection and under $90.

It helps if the guys are fresh-off-the-boat Russians, wearing leather jackets, and obviously love their biceps curls.

Outside of work and real estate, I enjoy doing custom leather work, Crossfit, and anything outdoors.
