The difference being the A areas shot up from 900 a month in rent to 1300 and the value of the house almost tripled from the purchase price but they went all in at the bottom of the recovery when most people were scared to do anything.So please any investors looking at these type of properties be very,very careful in what you buy and who you are looking to associate with.I have seen over the past decade investors on this site buy this stuff and say they will be the one where everything goes right and then it's crickets and you never hear from them again posting on this site.

You are probably getting crickets here as not many buildings allow STR at all in South Florida.

Stuff happens, life happens, a lot of months it's crickets... and then other months, it's a few calls.. the quality of your house the quality of the stuff inside it will dictate a lot as far as required maintenance!
