I have been contemplating about quitting my job and go into really estate full time lately.

If someone is raped or assaulted they can and should come after you and everything you own.

We've been looking into acquiring suitable properties with our agent but the issue we're running into is the licensure specs (Maryland) contemplate owning/leasing the property before applying for a license (background - grandfather started the process 8yrs ago but deal fell through - given his professional status he was able to waive many of the licensing hurdles so not concerned about hiccups in the process). 

That's bittersweet, I'd be lying if I said I haven't contemplated doing the same at times.

I am contemplating on my current project on wether  I should make the current apartment a 3 bedroom but sacrifice the living room space or make it a 2 bedroom with a bigger living room space .

To illustrate the challenges I have faced in the last three years; robberies, vandalism, assaults, evictions and vacancies.

I am contemplating a portfolio buy with 3 facilities.
