Some will pressure you to sign that day, tell them you have appointments for more bids.

Plus there are less moving parts that can break, need constant tightening, lost/missing parts etc.

This motel has been great for the last 4 years, constantly filled, my manager lives on site and gets free rent for taking care of the property, filling units and collecting rents.
