It appears the percentage of people living this way is growing and the internet is giving them an easy way to constantly complain, "woe is me".Unfortunately, politicians are starting to pander to this segment of the population for votes.Unless something changes, morally-challenged politicians will give more and more government subsidies to these people (to get re-elected), increasing the national debt until the country defaults on its debt.

I see others complaining about them on reddit as well. 

Now, I have this one new tenant who has been complaining about small issues here and there that have been resolved within a day of two.

I have no idea how long that will take though because there are a lot of people out there right now with more money than sense buying these deals that will never cash flow and then complaining that they can't cash flow.

If you abdicate your responsibility to do your due diligence, then you lose the right to complain.

Tenants may complain about your method of calculating how much each unit pays.

And while they are convenient, the level of convenience they provide are not substantial. most tenants outside of A Class will complain about having to fill an ice tray.

Their complaining usually gets worse after they move in.
